Egypt military does not tolerate dissent

The recent violence has claimed about 41 lives and had failed to halt the parliamentary election in Egypt. On Monday the first parliamentary election had started after the former president Hosni Mubarak exit. Along 168 of the 498 lawmakers of the People’s assembly the session began from march 17 on Monday. Most populous areas like Cairo,Alendria,Port said and Luxor where 50 parities contested in elections. The three phases of elections involves in 50 million voters and some of the protesters calling the end of military rule.

Spain earthquake kills eight people

Many people had to spend their night outside in southeastern Spanish city Lorca as earthquake hit. The wort earthquake of Spain hit after 50 years and has injured many people and killing some eight people. Many people had draped themselves in blankets so as to protect from cold and queuing in a location for some hot drinks.

In the city many people were treated in the hospital reported the Murcia regional government officials in a statement.

Population of the Lorca city is about 85,000 and the earthquake has caused the collapse of historic churches and buildings. People are taking shelter under cardboard boxes and some lay on the ground and others have nothing but just clothes. Some people returned to home and picked some of the belongings as others wandering on the roads to find something. The rooftop of Balcony and railings have crashed down due to the earthquake and church in city where bricks almost. A TV channel has widely displayed the scene after the earthquake has happened and the rubble’s falling and the cracks of buildings.

Syrians protest aggressively

A lot of freedom slogans was chanted by thousands of Syrian during Sunday at a mass funeral. The mass funeral was being held for about eight persons who where protesters and killed by the security forces. The protesters where killed in the Damascus suburb of Douma told a witness related. All the Syrian people are one freedom freedom freedom stated the Syrian people chanted around.

The whole crowd chanted on the way as they carried the eight bodies which where draped. The bodies where draped with the Syrian flags at the funeral says a witness who attended the funeral. Most of the people felt that the traitor is the person who kills his own people as the funeral proceeded. The funeral proceeded in the streets of the suburb and had bought in a challenge to the president. The president Bashar al-Assad who has been ruling for 11 year at the outskirts of the capital is facing protesters. Some of the people want to over throw the regime said a mourners chant along the rallying crowd.

The rallying cry was seen as a revolution at the Tunisian and Egyptian counties as there is protests going on. Security forces are maintaining their distances and about eight people killed when fire broke by the security forces on Friday. After the Friday prayers the residents had been seen the snipers on the rooftops say some of the witnesses. Most of them believe the armed gang was responsible for the violence in Douma and for the unknown deaths of the people.

Egypt gets a time table towards democracy

For the constitutional change the Egypt military has set up for a vote as on March 19. The march 19 is set as a prelude for the parliamentary election which will be held in June. Army sources quote for the parliamentary election for the presidential poll and will lead to full democracy. Arab’s most populous nation after overthrowing its president Hosni Mubarak on February 11 is taken up a timetable.

The timetable is done by the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces which will bring in a new chapter for Egyptian history. A preliminary timetable was created by the young people along with the key events for the future months. According to the army source the youth council whose meeting was during last week disclosed the timetable will be out by March 19. The details said that the parliamentary elections will be held during month of June along with the presidential vote which is six weeks later.

Gunfire sound still continues

On Sunday dozens of people were killed in Tripoli during the night as the protests continue. The anti government protest had reached in the Libyan capital for the first time after the protests had started. The protests reached the parliament where meets happen and was ablaze on Monday while certain minister even resigned.
